Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all branch operations, including staff management, customer service, sales, and administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and take appropriate actions to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting the company's products and services.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to recommend necessary adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Train, motivate, and mentor branch staff to ensure high-performance levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.

Job Specification

- Proven work experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the accounting industry for a minimum of 11 years.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively guide and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
