Must have complete knowledge of Panasonic telephone exchange
1. To supervise a team.
2. Listening of recorded calls of call center team
3. To execute the order and instruction of team according to the given instructions by the heads.
4. To handle all calls on SOP's defined by the company head.
5. To respond to the calls and instruct team accordingly .
6. To groom calling team with training sessions, Excellent communication skills. Bold and adaptable behavior. Soft spoken polite. Perform well under stressful condition
