1. Work independently and with guidance of colleagues to develop, select and implement strategies to meet student needs, and to develop and assess student learning outcomes
2. Responsible for course instruction and classroom management of refrigeration and air conditioning and related courses
   
3. To instruct students in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology Program according to specific industry standards
   
4. Work under the guidance of colleagues to develop an understanding of student needs in discipline or area of primary responsibility.
   
5. Provide institute and community service.
6. Participate in professional and self-development activities related to instructor training and maintaining specific industry related training requirement each year.
7. Participate in all department activities.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
