Linux & Asterisk Servers Administration and Monitoring.Writing Dial Plans in Asterisk according to different Clients requirements.Monitor and maintain space usage, connectivity problems on Linux servers.Proficient in producing technical documentation.End-to-End ownership of resolution of issue raised by the customer.Troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues raised - proactive / reactive.
Job Specification
Experience in working on Asterisk Dial Plans is preferred. Past programming experience is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating systems.Database experience (MySql).Good knowledge of SIP & H.323 Protocol, Call Flow, Cause Codes, VOIP Codecs.Experience in troubleshooting VOIP Issues, Proficient with tools like Wireshark.Know how of FreeSwitch and Kamailio would be plus.
