Lead Market Technology Solutions Limited is running a BPO which handles UK based projects specifically in Personal Injury Claims.
LMTS is seeking result-oriented candidates, who can manage independently own workload to ensure contribution to the company and within team, for the positions of Customer Care Representative.
Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral or British accent.

Product Knowledge and training will be provided
Capacities to maintain email correspondence
A professional attitude when dealing with customers
Primary knowledge of using computers and the internet research is mandatory
Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations
Good teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervised
Communication Skills:·
Written: By able to write succinctly and precisely with good diction, Grammar and Sentence structures. ·
Verbal: fluent speaker with Neutral/British ascent preferred , appropriate use of tenses
Listening: Active listening skills to understand customer needs quickly and be able to summarize to validate the same.

Timing: 01:00 PM to 09:30 PM.Winters: 02.00 PM to 10.30 PM
