We are currently seeking a well spoken bilingual Urdu/Punjabi and English telesales executive to call Takeaway and Restaurant owners in the United Kingdom and offer them the opportunity to benefit from an online ordering system that could generate more profit for their business. The ideal candidate will be required to have access to a PC and Skype where they will be logging into our business account and making outbound calls. Working times will be 4pm to 10pm GMT (UK Time) KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Understand the benefits of the system and be able to share this understanding with potential clients clearly so they can appreciate the potential of income that can be generated from it. 2. Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads. 3. Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors 4. Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database 5. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business. 6. Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives 7. Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines 8. Liaise effectively with manager to ensure customer requirements are met. 9. Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing on ideas that will increase brand awareness and improve quality leads PROSPECTS Successful Telesales will be rewarded with generous commission for every lead they generate which is converted into a sale by the sales force. The more quality leads provided, the higher the commission.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience • Computer literate/keyboard skills • At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the information technology (or related) industry • Excellent telephone skills • High degree of accuracy • Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues Intellectual Demands • Must have minimum ‘O’ level Maths and English • Must be able to deal with technical product information • Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working (in relation primarily to database management)
