Job Description
1. End to end Supply Chain Management (The use of mind mapping tool).
2. Internal Audits & complete coordination with BDO South (making sure that regulations implemented in South should be implemented in the Head office as well).
3. Proactively managing project support including throughout planning and execution (by involving the project managers).
4. Internal Tafs handling and management.
5. Leading transportation management in terms of sharing overall transportation contacts with the support department.
6. Creating, maintaining and regulating complete check listing of departments. Moreover practicing and maintaining a planned schedule for check listing of weekly tasks.
7. Taking an overall responsibility of office management including security (employee health security, internal theft precautions, developing and implementing policy for visitors, vendors and outside labor), and being sole responsible for supervising and guiding the renovation and maintenance work.
