Job Description

  • Looking for talented sales person to join an existing sales team to specifically build new business and generate lucrative accounts. Predominantly you will work on email and phone and on occasion visit trade shows.
  • This is mainly a new business orientated role with small exposure on managing existing accounts. Looking for someone confident and driven to increase revenue immediately. You will be required to follow each lead through to the end.
  • Manage to development, implementation and maintenance of all kind of export compliance policies and procedures.
  • To Develop and execute risk assessments of export compliance.
  • Oversees all export activities, such as paperwork completion and monetary transactions in a timely manner; consults with legal experts as needed to resolve any legal compliance issues or concerns.
  • Export activities comply with foreign government laws and regulations.
  • Administer all sales activities for all export products and ensure achievement of all export sales target and analyze all objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve same and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.
  • Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export activities and implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives and administer all merchandise for group brands.
  • Design all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate in various exhibitions and seminars and perform tests on all new products.
  • Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio.
  • Collaborate with marketing departments to analyze all market activities and manage all communication with technical departments and perform various tests in products and ensure optimal quality of all products and design all export market rules and regulations to mitigate all risks.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and supervise achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same.

Job Specification

  • The primary responsibility of the Export Manager is production planning and expediting; product management; transportation to and from the plant; shipping, receiving and traffic management.
  • Must have experience in rice of at least 3 years. And a proven track record.
  • Handling all export related matters,
  • Dealing with forwarders, cargo agents, etc.
  • Dealing with forwarders, cargo agents, etc.
  • Proper know how export procedures in case of Bank Guarantee and manufacturing bond etc.
  • Good in emails, MS Excel, Word.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
