Job Description
These positions execute concepts, design and mechanical layouts per marketing team requests and established brand guidelines. The hired produces creative visual work for print, outdoor, on-property and internet collateral. Designs accordingly for weekly/monthly marketing campaign creative and various other marketing materials; promotional, entertainment, on property signage, web components, etc. Properly pre-presses files for output and sees projects from start through to completion. The ideal candidate: Designs effective communications by recognizing and producing clear, concise messaging. Creates and designs materials, independently and with direction of the creative studio director and/or senior designer while working closely with other designers within an assigned design team. Ensures all artistic work follows the correct branding as set forth by brand guidelines while being inventive and imaginative in developing original creative products aimed at driving positive customer response. Properly prepares files to be released to third-party vendors upon approval. Continuously and consistently proactive in evaluating and cleaning up files throughout the creative process. Coordinates multiple projects for multiple brands at one time, with limited supervision. Maintains organized workflow of print projects, accurate daily status of assignments and proper daily archiving of assigned projects. Works productively within a marketing team of marketing coordinators, database specialists and creative team to fully understand and execute the scope of assigned projects.

Proficient in Adobe Tools esp. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc and Office 365 in a Mac environment Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, as well as outside contacts Ability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with good customer-service skills Ability to develop, plan and implement high-quality, professional graphics Ability to prioritize and schedule projects with tight deadlines; task oriented with the ability to execute a given project (set of projects) from start to finish in a timely manner. Knowledge of design, commercial art and publication methods, techniques and processes Working knowledge of graphic design production including color separations, prepress file preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and track progress on several jobs from start to finish Excellent communication and organizational skills, team-oriented and a professional work ethic.
