The position of Customer Sales Executive is one of the most vital roles at Supra Communications. This is a sales position where you will be tasked with telemarketing a product over the telephone to customers. You need to be dedicated, ambitious and highly focused in order to succeed in this position. Job Specification
Required Skill Set:- Excellent selling skills with proven track record of B2B and B2C sales
- Excellent verbal communication and comprehension
- Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent
- Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills
Preferred skill set:- Organization the ability to manage shift patterns, perform administrative tasks and make sure everything in the center runs smoothly, even with fluctuating call volumes.
- Problem solving the ability to handle complex inquiries and also overcome the everyday challenges involved in adjusting resources to meet demand.
- Communication necessary for dealing effectively with customers and also for developing a good, positive relationship with staff.
- Leadership inspiring and motivating staff and giving them the emotional support they need when dealing with difficult customers.
