Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible to oversee the entire function of human resource including recruitment and selection, Training and developments, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits etc. The incumbent will also be required to evaluate, develop and implement HR policies.
Develops and administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company employees.
Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Conducts recruitment effort for all employees; monitors new-employee orientations; monitors training and development program, employee relations counseling and creates and implement HR policies.
Proven ability and understanding of HR Law, HR policies and procedures.
