Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for :
Looking after the Customer Service Offices country wide.
Make sure the first line satisfied services are being provided to the customers.
Reporting to management on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Candidates are expected to give presentations frequently to the highest level of management and Board of Directors
All other related activities related to Customer Service Offices.

Good communication & Interpersonal Skills
Good leadership qualities
Should be able to document the day to day activities in the formalized manner and present these to the management
Should be able to work on Request for Quotations and Proposals from clients
