Job Description
Graduate, young and dynamic with minimum 5 years experience of quality control management with good working knowledge of offset printing, die cutting, folding and gluing processes. Must be well versed with concepts and practical knowledge of quality assurance. To understand the existing production processes and existing QC and QA measures.
Job Specification
To modify the existing Quality Control documentation and reports at all stages for effectiveness. To participate in trainings and educate workers and supervisory staff of the latest quality tools and concepts. To undertake Root Cause Analysis for in house and external complaints and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions. To review existing SOPs and devise SOPs for remaining processes. To work in teams for productivity improvement programs. To visit customer premises when needed to handle complaints. To complete other tasks and provides reports as required by management.
