Job Description
The Telephone Operator will be responsible for handling the PABX System at our office. He/She must be able to handle and direct incoming calls, route these incoming calls to the correct individual or department within the business, or send to a message system, such as voice-mail, if required. The Telephone Operator must also be able to answer questions regarding the business and general queries.
