To achieve target of each team member in a way that leads to achieve are business objective.· Implementation of monthly sale plan in an effective way.
Achievement of secondary and primary sale target.·
Make sure that SO checks DKT stock available at each shop, ensure availability of the range.
Assure the productivity of all the distributors.
Extend the distribution coverage for OTC business and add non-traditional shops.
Build and maintain close relations with the distributors.
Maintain minimum inventory up to 06 week stock cover with each distributor for each SKU.
Achievement daily call & Productivity target (Avg. call 45 shops per day with twice a month frequency) with 60 % Productivity
