Prime responsibility of a MIO is have secondary sales to providers and chemists. On daily basis he has to visit 15 shops and 15 providers. Achievement of sales target (secondary) of each SKU in his/her portfolio. Assign targets among each provider/clinic . Implementation of monthly sales plan in an effective way.
Job Specification
Monitoring. Monitor sales progress on daily basis. Ensure submission of daily call report to respective ASM under copy to Head office. Ensure that all customers are productive Maintain a purchase history of all providers including CMWs
Demand creation (marketing) Keep part in different training of Commercial Team for skill improvement.
Skills and competencies: Good communication skills.
