A qualified and talented web/graphic designer required in Islamabad. You should be able to deliver creative websites at a good speed and should have hands-on experience of current web designing methodologies including CSS, HTML5 etc. You should be able to conceive a design in Photoshop, design it there and then publish it in HTML.
