Must have strong links in market with vendors and grip of products purchasing areas related to electrical & mechanical items
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and approvals on relevant documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure competent quality execution, documentation & record keeping of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
Monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
Have strong relations with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Purchase the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and in minimum amount
Prepare all vendors file along with data base
Others duties as assigned.

Awareness of proper documentation and filing
Knowledge of starting purchase and how to successfully finish it with results delivery
