Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of outbound telemarketing experience - An understanding of sales, marketing and customer support processes - A general knowledge of relational database concepts - Experience with Predictive Dialer Solutions (Five9, InContact, Safesoft) preferred, but not required - Strong interviewing and listening skills - Proven writing and presentation skills - Neutral, impeccable, English - Strong Internet connection (Atleast 4mbps Download/Upload) - Computer with 4MG RAM, Core i Processor, and MS Office - College Degree
- Recruiting, Training, and Monitoring English-Fluent Work-At-Home Telemarketers - Identifying business/process issues - Conducting Customer Relationship Management workshops - Developing English skills of high potential telemarketers - Managing and analyzing outcomes and producing reports
