Job Description

MTBC seeks Senior Marketing Manager to direct and implement strategies for sales, advertising, and general market placement. This person will execute decisions that may affect all aspects of an organization’s financial health. He will help determine the efficiency of such marketing directives and identify ways to adjust campaigns to best engage target consumers/customers/partners. Moreover he/she is responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.

Marketing Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential markets
  2. Oversee new product introductions/campaigns
  3. Develop pricing strategies
  4. Supervise direct and indirect staff
  5. Plan marketing and branding objectives
  6. Expand product solutions and offerings
  7. Design print ads and publications
  8. Coordinate with internal departments to optimize customer service strategy
  9. Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms
  10. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
  11. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling
  12. expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales
Information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities

Job Specification

  • Combined 10 years or more of professional experience
  • 5+ years of software product marketing experience with exposure to sales
  • Master’s in business or marketing
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Manage an effective, efficient and productive Marketing Department by ensuring the appropriate structures, systems and competencies
