- Preparing materials for employee orientation
- Advertising open positions on various job portals Hunting resources from professionals’ networks
- Conducting telephonic interviews and prescreening the candidates
- Creating new personnel files and preparing all new hire paperwork
- Performing reference and background checks
- Manage Leave Records and keeping various HR documents updated
- Maintaining social media accounts and updating with various in-house activities
Technical skills
- Good familiarity with Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint
- Should be a regular user of social media, blogs and HR internet forums

Interest in photography and have operated any kind of camera
