Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing:

1. Develop /design all promotional material (print & online).
2. Develop and implement communications campaigns with appropriate media in order to attract queries from prospective students. (advertising, direct mailings, newsletters etc).
3. Develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor research etc) to facilitate strategic decision making for marketing & management purposes.
4. Develop and maintain a database of student, academic and agent contacts to facilitate
5. customer relationship management & direct mailing to recruit prospective students.
6. Managing the marketing & promotions budget in order to meet the student targets in the most cost effective manner.
7. Prepare an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision making by management.8. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
9. Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
10. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign;11. Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
12. Writing and proofreading printed material.
13. Liaising with designers and printers;
14. Organizing photo shoots;
15. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
16. Maintaining and updating customer databases;
17. Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
18. Sourcing and securing sponsorship;
19. Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;

Admissions:

To Assists Director in overseeing recruitment and admissions activities. To assists in establishing goals/objectives for the admissions office. To assists in planning/coordinating the processing of admissions applications. To assists in planning/coordinating the scheduling of new incoming students To Implement marketing and recruitment strategies to promote positive public relations for the University and its programs and to enhance enrollment plans/conducts recruitment campaigns; develops recruitment and publicity plans; plans/implements major/minor recruitment events; promotes media coverage; plans/coordinates direct mailing and telemarketing efforts; develops communications materials for direct mailings; assists with development of admissions literature, correspondence, and other materials.
