1. Develop, customize and implement high-quality PHP sites and PHP based applications.
2. Create custom modules or other new functionality using object-oriented PHP
3. Develop, customize and implement high-quality web solutions and custom web applications inclusive of testing, deployment, and documentation.
4. Provide the configuration and development of PHP Knowledge.
5. Understand and effectively communicate PHP features and limitations with regard to design and development decisions on new projects.
