Job Description
The main Job Responsibilities would be:
- Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. ·
- Involves establishing and achieving sales and profitability goals. And increasing the cooperative’s market share through regular sales efforts. ·
- Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel. ·
- Set individual sales targets with sales team and supervise sales staff and sales efforts. ·
- Generate timely sales report, develop pricing schedules and rates, formulate sales policies and procedures and help prepare budgets. ·
- Ensure employees have the sufficient knowledge and information to achieve the market share growth.
Job Specification
The required skills and expertise are:
- 15 years experience is required.
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team. ·
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives. ·
- Plan and direct sales team training, evaluate performance of sales staff, provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team. ·
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals, coordinate and monitor online sales activity, investigate lost sales and customer accounts, track collate and interpret sales figures. ·
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue. ·
- Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis. ·
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
