  • Helping to build good customer relations
  • Write-ups and E-Mails
  • Arranging staff meetings
  • Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff)
  • Arranging promotional events
  • Skills of dealing academic issues, maintaining records, dealing with student queries, and counseling etc.
