The position will be responsible for managing compensation and benefit programs, ensuring equity of salary and benefits within grades, supervising payroll process and accrued liabilities, evaluating, determining and participating in relevant job market surveys; coordinating special projects like grading structures, policies, compliance and others according to C&B objectives accomplishment, monitoring insurance coverage & premium, deal with insurance company regarding Insurance policies renewals, preparation and settlement of insurance claims, arranging final settlements and recovery proceedings as well as supervising all related transactional activities in ERP system etc. Interested candidates should apply now.
The position requires Master Degree or MBA in Finance or Human Resources Management with 3-5 years’ experience leading compensation and benefits processes & practices (pharmaceutical exp. is desired), possessing excellent skills in relevant computer applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and HR-ERP/SAP).
