• Framing business problems, understanding the underlying (possibly unstated) needs of clients, determining the correct information sources and displays ability in creating appropriate solutions / frameworks given data availability and objectives
• Determining correct and relevant information needs and sources for each project
  
• Application of lateral thinking to make connections at may not obvious

• Ability to distill and advance critical actionable insights beyond just the obvious, to dig deep and uncover causal effects and relationships
  

• Finding solutions to problems (small / big, inconsistency, delays) and creative ways of overcome obstacles and deliver on project/ task objectives and deadlines

• Takes full ownership ("A-Z") of assigned project (or assigned part) ensuring the best quality delivered in given timelines (monitors/sets milestones, deadlines, workload)

• Driving innovation of products/processes and thought leadership within your subject area
• Constant research & personal innovation - targeting self to do things faster, better, more efficiently, with higher client satisfaction, etc.

• Design (context and framework) and delivery of presentations (written, speech) with particular emphasis on structuring the right message for the right audience

• Can develop strong working relationship with colleagues (including, social media, research and other units) and able to nurture a positive team spirit

• Consistently displays integrity, respect for others, loyalty and compassion both personally and professionally

• 1+ years of Digital Media experience
• Understanding of industry Digital and Online trends, as well as overarching MarComms industry trends (global and regional) is advantageous
• Graphic design and/or programming ability is advantageous
• Knowledge and experience with Social Media Monitoring and related tools is highly advantageous
