GCS PVT Ltd is hiring Assistant Manager Business Development (Experienced) for Karachi Office.
Candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling IT, Surveillance and Telecom solutions in SME.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets ·
Technical Sales & Operations , Sales Account Management·
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed·
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance·
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Selling CCTV, Time attendance Access Control, PABX, Fire Alarm, Walkthrough Gate and other security equipments
Understanding and configuration of the benefits of various solutions (PBX, VOIP or IP PBX, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control Etc)
Develop new business via cold calling by telephone and face to face visits
Maintain relations with contacts and lead sources
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
Salary Package: Depends on relevant experience
