Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team! We are looking for a PM to help us drive our new, integrated marketing platform forward. In particular, we are looking for someone to own the feature sets related to areas such as search, bid management, and online advertising. If you are an expert in Google AdWords, Search Engine Optimization, and want to work for rich Internet
applications, this is the role for you!

Primary job responsibilities
* Work closely with leaders in marketing, sales, client services and technology to prioritize enhancements and coordinate feature implementation.
* Translate business information needs into business requirements, formally document and present business requirements to constituencies with quantified business case / ROI justifications.
* Conduct ongoing customer and market research to help determine and prioritize roadmap deliverables.
* Develop, maintain, and execute upon short and long term product roadmaps.
* Coordinate and assist sales and marketing, with go-to market planning and launch activities.
** Develop pricing methodology for products including quoting tools and providing offer review and approval functions
** Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
** Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
* Able to create, execute and manage our online products
* Must be able to maximize the performance and profitability of our sites and online products
* Sharp skills to do Internet Marketring

** Experience working with / developing online marketing applications such as email marketing, or web analytics products.

** Good understanding of the software evelopment cycle.

** Superior analytical, writing, verbal and time management skills.

** Web development skills are a bonus.
** Ability and desire to instrument change and effect process.
** Exceptional customer experience judgment and be incredibly
analytical and creative
** Strong leader who can drive consensus
** Must be an excellent communicator who can articulate feature

trade offs and product design choices in front of senior

executives
** Knowledge of web standards, design and usability
** Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). **

Ability to communicate to both a technical and non-technical

audience
** Strong PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft

Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

** Good understanding of web technology and web content

development principles required.


Timeframe: Immediate start for a full-time, permanent position
