Job Description
CORE FUNCTION:
Serving customers along with managing & replenishing stock; helping in store management including maintaining visibility as well as environment of the brand.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
2. Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
3. Advising customers by providing information on products.
4. Helping customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
5. Documenting sale by creating or updating customer profile records in Retail PRO 9.
6. Enhancing the trial room / fitting room experience for prospective customers.
7. Processing payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
8. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
9. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Specification
· Four years of Bachelors’ (Business/Commerce Graduates will be preferred)
· 1 2 Years (Sale) of direct experience in retail industry.
