PURPOSE: Serving customers along with managing & training staff; keeping inventory & store management including maintaining visibility as well as environment of the brand. CORE FUNCTIONS Staff Management 1. Training & grooming sales staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales communication. 2. Reviewing staff job results and learning needs with Regional Sales Manager or Operations Manager 3. Maintaining attendance and implementing time management for the store staff. 4. Developing and implementing new product training by understanding consumer behavior. Store Management 1. Evaluation of competition and current trends by gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise. 2. Attracting customers by communicating product USPs, following display suggestions or schedules, constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties, producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on sales floor. 3. Promotion of sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers. 4. Helping customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery. 5. Maintaining an attractive environment and clean store ambiance. Stock Management 1. Maintaining inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand. 2. Preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for internal audit. Cash Management 1. Cash counter maintenance. 2. Daily deposit sale. 3. Expense Management.
· Masters’ degree or four years of Bachelors’ (Business Graduates will be preferred) · 1 2 Years (Sales) for Masters of direct experience in retail industry. · 2 3 Years (Sales) for Bachelors of direct experience in retail industry. · Know how of Supply Chain Management. · Customer Service & Selling Skills · Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to management and non-management peers. · Able to handle detailed concentration oriented work while meeting schedules and deadlines. · Presentation & Interpersonal Skills · Know how of ERPs · Team Working & Team Leading Skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
