Project Coordinator - Software Development

· Must have good experience in implementation of complete software development life cycle using application software.
· Primarily responsible for managing project time lines, assign tasks and progress reports.
· Manage project milestones, daily tasks, and burn down charts.
· Prepares project schedules and other project artifacts on the advice of the top management or independently and with input from relevant stakeholders.
· Coordinates with clients on project requirements and activities.
· Coordinates with iPhone, android, web and QA team members on project activities.
· Follow up on tasks and issue resolution to make sure weekly demos with required features. Deadlines will be strictly important.
· Facilitates the top management in project communication and reporting
· Managing project documentations and reports.
· Collects, compiles, analyzes and reports project and process data in making decisions.
· Assists the project management team in tracking project progress
· Facilitates in process assurance and other process activities related to assigned projects.
· Must be focused on creating a Win-Win situation.

· Overall 3 + years working experience including 2 Year experience in software Project Management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good understanding of basic project management functions
· Good analytical skills - Ability to work in a team environment.
· Skills in MS Project or related tool and MS Office
· Must possess conflict resolution ability.
· Must be capable of executing details with regular consistency.
· PM certification will be a plus.
· Certification in Project Management would be a plus.
