Job Description

  • Works as part of the Administration and Facilities unit, monitoring and managing the flow of visitors and clients in an office
  • Responsible of overall office outlook and maintenance. Prepares a list of deficiencies and assists administration to improve office outlook
  • Provides Secretarial Support to Senior Management
  • Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
  • Ensures completion of paperwork, signing and security procedures
  • Answers all incoming/outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, and routes calls to the appropriate department
  • Furthermore, duties include responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate.
  • Filing, mail distribution and use of a computer usually are necessary
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

    • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university
    • Good customer/visitors relations skills
    • Must have good communication skills
    • Must have presentable personality
    • Must be a good listener
    • Hardworking, punctual, honest & well mannered
    • A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital in this role
    • Proficient with MS Office, well versed with overall computer operations having good speed
