Job Description
Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment.
Collaborate with sales manager to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. · Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements.·
Create sales or service contracts for products or services.·
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
Installation of electro medical equipment.·
Maintain necessary tools for installation and maintenance.·
Maintain downtime of equipment.·
Maintain adequate availability of spares for equipment.·
Annual maintenance/ regular checkup of equipment.·
Research and development for new requirements.·
Review and understand user manual / service manual.·
Provide training / demonstration to customers on use of equipment.·
Maintain customer service report.·
Handling complains of customers·
Business Requirements Planning, Service Architecture & Reviews, Service design & reviews as an operational stakeholder which results in standard & quality systems. ·
Responsible for Service reliability, availability, automation, service health, performance, capacity and cost reduction. ·
Be in an on-call rotation Analyze key metrics and implement or contribute to service key performance indicator measurement and reporting. · Implement plans for disaster recovery, mitigation, contingency, and security as needed. ·
Participate in customer workshops, provide solution and technical expertise and deliver solution presentations.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
Incumbents must have good communication and negotiation skills & must be self initiator
Hands on experience in Electro-medical Equipment, OT & Critical care Equipment.
Must be confident , hardworking and proactive.
Good problem solving and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office(word/Outlook/power point/excel)
Incumbent must be a team player as well as can work individually.
