Job Description
- Lead Mechanical Team in routine, preventives and annual maintenance of machines.
- Remove mechanical faults of the lines as identified in T-cards.
- Maintain Mechanical Workshop Machines and accessories (i.e Drills, Cutters, Lathe, Welding etc)
- Ensure proper handling and record of Spare Parts and Tools
- Maintain cleaning and GMP of relevant area.
- Implementation of all relevant Safety instructions.
- Carry out gap analysis in existing maintenance procedure.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plan for all plants in factory
- Ensure capability of the process in producing the quantity and quality required.
- Maximize the reliability of the process in the most economical way.
- Maintain awareness of daily operation and provide required support.
- Identify and develop process improvement items, including justification.
- Improve the reliability and extend the operating life of plant equipment/machinery.
- Forecast and manage maintenance spending. Assist in the development, implementation and administration of departmental budgets, procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment documentation and spare parts.
- Manage the maintenance team for optimum utility within shift timings and keep strict control on Over Time hours
