Job Description

Finding and developing new business opportunities.
Generate sales and achieve revenue targets.
Supervision of Sales activities in his region to meet sales targets assigned to their respective areas.
Coordinating customer services, shop working, inventory.
Must be able to meet or surpass allocated sales targets.
To facilitate Regional Sales Manager in territory/Area in designing planning and expansion strategy according to business plan.
Work beyond the boundaries of time.
Customer oriented with focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
To meet the Targets of direct / indirect sales team.
Project monthly and quarterly forecast to Regional Sales Manager
Management and motivation of the sales team.
Effective implementation of market driven campaigns through sales team.
Manage all aspects of the business related to sales including sales reports, creating new opportunities for product sale.
Conduct regular market visits to have first hand overview of the market situation & competitor’s progress.
Monitor and conduct detailed analysis on the role and unique requirements of key sales channels to propose and implement effective business strategies and programs.
Collaborate with Marketing on launching events and new product campaigns
Develop retail network for company’s products.
Offer Recommendations for improvement in coverage area.
Conduct Training and coaching of sales team
Market intelligence Reporting
Ensure that company’s policies are being implemented in assigned sales zone.
Team player.

Efficiently manage a team of sales executives.
Oversee smooth working of outlets
Maintain staffing levels
Ensure customer services, timely payment, receivables.

Job Specification

Appraisal, training and personal development of staff.
Performance evaluation of team & himself.
Ensure excellent customer service from all team members.
Responsible for winning new business and new customers.
Contribute towards the development of departmental strategies both at regional as well as National level.

Must be computer proficient.
Developed communication (written and verbal) both in Urdu and English (any other regional language is a plus)
Proven leadership skills
Trainings in sales management and customer services would be a plus.
Excellent understanding of market
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
Dynamic, creative and flexible to accept new ideas
