Job Description
Myshaliza Tech is looking for experienced dynamic young candidates as Tele Sales Agents able to perform Outbound and Inbound calls for travel & tour selling for its UK campaign.
If you have either worked in the UK Travel business before or have worked in a call centre selling Travel products to the UK then we want to hear from you.
You will be selling Tour & Travel Products to UK Business’s, and to end user consumers.
You will be working in a modern, luxury call centre environment.
You will have your own desk, Computer and be in an Air Conditioned office.
What we are looking for is someone who has extensive sales experience, selling to the UK Market.
We require people who are punctual, can work on their own or as part of a team.
Have a desire to succeed and make some good commission from selling.
Job Specification
The successful candidate will have a range of skills and attitudes which should include:
- Strong command over Galileo & World span GDS
- Above average selling skills. Must be able to make cold sales calls and remain upbeat in the face of multiple rejections. Must be a measureable advantage to the business.
- Passion for work and achievement. Fast worker. Passionate about their own success and that of the business.
- Self motivated. Motivated by need to do a good job and results of the work.
- Self organised. Fully aware of existing opportunities and keeps warm leads warm until final conversion.
- At least average ability in the following office products: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel.
- Excellent Communicator. Fluent. Able to communicate well at various levels of client and with our management. Able to report to management on work done and plans to follow in a prompt and meaningful way.
- Quick Learner in various GDS Systems. If technology scares you, then you are not the right person!
- Above average ability in English. Must be able to speak and write English well and without spelling mistakes. Accent must be one of the following: Neutral, British and can have conversation for more than 10 minutes.
