Job Description
- Trouble shooting of ATS Control panel / electrical panels for one Wapda with 2/3 engines for 100 up to 1500kva.
- Must have knowledge & experience of all Kind of Circuit breakers like ABB brand ACB 2500A preventive maintenance.Sync Panel Module configuration of Woodward-easy gen 2000, Deep sea 8610, M-DCM 317C, power wizard 2.0
- Electronic engine software configuration.
- Trouble shooting of Control wiring for 100 KVA to 1500 KVA Perkins/Cummins/Caterpillar engine. Control card configuration. Safeties checking etc.
- Connection of wires to circuit breakers & other components.
- Inspect of electrical systems, equipment and components to identify possible hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience minimum 10 years with high capacity engines & ATS for electrical/control wiring/modules trouble shooting.
- Advise management to Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
- Repair and replacement of defective components in motors, Circuit breakers & ATS.
