Job Description
- Responsible for installing of HVAC systems. Make minor installation decisions.
- Have good knowledge of scroll compressor types.
- Advise management to Test air conditioning system & suggest activities & requirement to enhance cooling system.
- To conduct brazing activities for leakage repair with acetylene & oxygen & to check proper repair with nitrogen before charging of unit.
- Capable To check I/O & display cards for any misbehave / problem.
- Capable of handling of Stulz units C5000, C6000 & C7000.
- Carries out preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and systems. Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
- Repairs faulty Air Conditioning equipment and system. •Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Conditioning equipment.
- Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of HVAC equipment.
- Assists in verification of HVAC spares purchased.
- Ensure that the HVAC system is working properly.
- Trouble-shoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Manage the safety of the HVAC system & environment.
- Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
- Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed.
- Collect data for daily / weekly reports.
Requirements & Skills
On hand experience on big capacity Generators for maintenance, overhauling & trouble shooting.
