Responsible for managing the entire recruiting process to include sourcing, interviewing, screening, presenting and closing candidates. Develop and maintain a growing pool of qualified candidates by employing traditional recruiting practices. Handles candidate negotiations and initiates the new hire process. Maintain candidate pool at all times. Draft candidate contracts. Develop incentives for candidates. Develop a grading system for candidates. To work as a strategic recruiter along with the top management in formulating strategies regarding employee recruitment & selection. Identify effective recruitment channels to post openings, and reach out to active and passive talents.
The successful candidate will have creative sourcing capabilities, exceptional people skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the IT industry and related technologies. Minimum of 2 years’ experience recruiting in an I.T service company. Experience with applicant tracking systems. Proficient ability with MS Word, Outlook.
