Systems Ltd is looking for IT Recruiters to join their enthusiastic recruitment team based in Lahore.
This team is responsible for fulfilling the IT recruitment needs of their clients based in USA.
Key responsibilities will include; ·
Candidate profile search using linked in, job boards, advert response, Boolean search etc.·
Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates both by email and by telephone.
Ad hoc duties as per the requirements of the manager recruitment.
Attractive package + bonus and healthcare (medical). .
Timings: 4 pm - 1 am.
Job Specification
Existing 2-4 years’ relevant recruitment experience ideally gained in IT sector however experience gained in US telecom, Engineering or Sales recruitment is also applicable.
Previous experience of working in US market (essential).
