Advise, manage, recommend and implement all add, moves and changes for mobile services including: New and upgrade connections. Value add services SIM replacements Transfer of ownershipsProblem solving connectivity issues with customer’s company's mobile services, which includes liaison , sales person and customer.Ensure accurately that all changes to clients contract details are updated on a daily basis with the relevant information.Ensure that the database is keep up-to-date with accurate information.Complete all relevant documentation in accordance with company procedures.Summary activity report due every Monday afternoon.Job Specification
- Good Customer Service.
- Should be able to speak English fluently with full confidence, able to understand and speak with Australian/British/American accent/ Neutral accent customers.
- Must have some Telecom customer service experience and understand the telecom terminologies.
- Must have IT and Computer skills. Must have inbound and outbound call experience.
- Good in written communication. International Call Centre / Telecom Experience.
- Must have strong interpersonal skill Must have strong problem solving skills Must have strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
