Job Description
Case Management , Hospital visit and entry of case notes in to the system.
Attending the hotline (initial approval on hotline) resolve hospital and client queries.
Facilitating the Medical Team in head office and ensuring approval for eligible cases of his region on time.
Provide justification of admitted cases,to reduce prolong stay & rejection of unjusify cases.
Checking of OPD Claims for Specific Clients.
Enlisting hospitals and rate negotiations with existing hospitals after final approval from HOD.
Client Presentations and visits on request Verification of claims as per requested.
