Job Description

Responsible for overall Electrical, Mechanical & Civil works of building.
Overall electrical maintenance operations·
Electric networks & wires work· Provides lighting by maintaining electrical lighting fixtures
  • Provides engineering support by responding to requests for mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies
  • Performing preventive equipment maintenance, calling for repairs.
  • Safety Management
  • Power Generators, chillers, AC Units & Lift Operations
  • Look after HVAC system.Air cool reciprocating compressor
  • Generator.4 MW
  • Lift operation 11 FLOOR
  • Escalator work
  • Plumbing work

Job Specification

  • Ability to deal with electric troubleshooting
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience with Commercial Buildings/Mall/Hotels/Hospitals
  • Qualification preferable B.E Electrical
