Job Description

Home shopping network are looking for an experienced and motivated energetic young candidate to join our team on a position of Manager - Computer Department .

JOB DUTIES
· Researching laptops, computers, servers, accessories, components related products and keep the category updated.
· Listing all computing related products on the website.. Keeping the website updated with the available inventory.
· Finding local and International computer / laptops related products’s prices and vendors
· Accountable in keeping a healthy business relationship with vendors
· Coordinatng and helping customers finding the right product that fulfill their needs, e.g. Quoting products that fits customers' budget.
· Guiding customers about products' technicalities
· Quoting prices for products that customers wanted to sell back to HSN under and exchange facility
· Involved in call back requests from customers and Price beating policy requests.. Maintaining competitive pricing while keeping a sufficient profit margin.

Responsible for introducing latest products on website as soon as they launch in UAE/USA/Locally.
. Answering customers' daily queries via comments, video call, audio call and chat.
. Updating prices of products daily from local / international vendors.
. Introducing new vendors, locally and UAE.
. Coordinating with Purchase department with daily purchases. Checking the products for quality before shipping to customer

Job Specification

Skills :
  • Must have deep and comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware
  • Should be able to provide technical support with satisfactory reasoning
  • Must be familiar with Windows and Mac GUI and Hardware as well
  • Problem Solver - Should able to troubleshoot and solve hardware/software related errors over the phone in elaborative and simplistic way
  • Should able to assemble/disassemble computer hardware (i.e. laptops, PC, Servers)
  • Must be updated with latest standards and trends related to Computer Department
  • Must be able to understand customers' needs and provide the information accordingly
