· Responsible for all queries related to assigned customers.
· Provide email- and telephone-based support to Customers.
· Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
· Act as a liaison between customers and other technical departments.
· Engage senior technical persons as required to assist in the troubleshooting process.
· Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively
· Provide timely response to customers query.
