Job Description
We are looking for candidate who will be working with the pioneers of the VPN service, serving clients worldwide.
- Remote technical troubleshooting.
- VPN performance improvement advisory to clients based on experience/insights.
- Live chat handling and lead conversion.
- Support tickets handling.
Job Specification
Preference would be given to candidates having clear networking concepts of DNS, TCP/IP, international packet routing, speed tests, port checking and various related utilities.
Having knowledge of various VPN protocols with advantages/disadvantages is an additional plus though it's not mandatory.
You'll be communicating directly (via chat/tickets & emails) with clients in over 100 countries so you must have an excellent written English skills and a strong sense of team collaboration.
