Job Description
The Project Manager (PM) is directly accountable/responsible for successful project delivery of technology and process engagements. This individual provides hands-on leadership and direction to the team as well as manages client relationships. The PM will also be heavily involved in business case development and performance measurement.
In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
Project planning, tracking, communication, and escalationScope management, handling Project Change Requests (PCR), and formal deliverable Quality Assurance (QA) and client acceptanceResource managementReporting on project financial, 7-keys, and risk management
Job Specification
- At least 7 years experience in project planning/management of successful delivery of solution implementation and lifecycle development programs
- At least 3 years experience in leading teams across multiple areas and disciplines
- At least 3 years experience in identifying, estimating, and presenting costs and schedule aligned with project activities and deliverables
- At least 7 years experience in tracking and reporting deliverables
- At least 7 years experience in managing project scope, risk, changes, issues, and contracts
- At least 7 years experience in proven experience utilizing and applying known Program Management (PM) Methodology - Performance Monitoring Infrastructure (PMI)
- At least 7 years experience in understanding and applying project management processes and tools in an implementation
- Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP)
