IT Project Manager / Scrum Master (basic experience is sufficient)
The role of the IT Project Manager / Scrum Master is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to schedule and within budget, following both a traditional SDLC methodology and an agile approach.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The IT Project Manager / Scrum Master is responsible for defining the project’s objectives, backlogs and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle.
This individual provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s)to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Also, s/he could participate in employee development, coaching and ongoing performance management.
The IT Project Manager / Scrum Master plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified in PMI (Preferred)
- English: Fluent
Requires knowledge and experience in SDCL, Agile/Scrum; project financial control, project communications. Hands on PM experience (waterfall and agile - basic knowledge is required. Must have used MS Project and strong communication skills.
