Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a structured way of handling opportunities like client meeting, solution pitch, RFP response, RFI response, presentation etc.
- Work with sales team to identify pipeline & plan activities on a weekly basis.
- Take lead / participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing a response strategy, proposal development, review & feedback process, competitive positioning.
- Work closely with the delivery heads in identifying the right team, getting the pre-sales & delivery teams to develop the solutions.
- Anchoring client visits from the stage of planning, identifying key participants.
- Conduct primary & secondary research.
- Position will not carry direct sales quota.
Job Specification
Expertise:
- 5 years of experience is required in the same industry in selling complex IT services.
- Proven track record of managing & supporting large bids from pre-sales perspective.
- Business case driven pre-sales methodology experience is highly desirable.
- Strong-Techno Commercial/Business Orientation & Cost Sensitive.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Financial management experience: Estimating, budgeting, pricing & risk assessment.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial env.
- Excellent program management & consulting skills.
- Hands-on experience in writing proposals & delivering customer presentations.
- Hard-working, detailed, quality & deliverable oriented.
- Pro-active attitude and ability to deal with a fast paced and unstructured environment is important.
- Excellent communication & written skills.
- Excellent presentation & proposal RFP skills.
